He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Wurm and Marie Wurm (Holthaus); his son Samuel Wurm; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Betty Mayer (Johnson).
He is survived by: his wife Denise'Dedi'Wurm; his sons, Matthew Wurm (Katelyn) and Gregory Wurm (Leah); his siblings, Jane Wurm, Suzie Michaelis (Mike), Ruth Neske (Dave), Theresa Doerr (Rick), Betty Stuhr (Bruce), Joan Michaelis (Jeff), Jerry Wurm and Mae Wurm; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Stewart (Paul), Annette Keppel (Russ), Amy Peterson (Jon) and Paula Beaner (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and other loving family members.
