He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Bremseth and Stella Bremseth (Larson); his wife Margaret Juliana Matti; and his siblings, Arden, Syrald, Alvin Jr., Carroll, Wally, Charles, Judy Faey, Marlice Olstad, Lois Peterson, Eleanor Peterson and Neoma Youngquist.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory Bremseth and Juliana DeMarre (Jason); his grandchildren, Angela LaChance (Colten), Owen Bremseth, Anna DeMarre and Austin DeMarre; his great grandchildren, Amilia and Alivia LaChance; and his siblings, James Bremseth (Janet), Phyllis Kvitrud and Rebecca Sandness. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
