He is survived by: his mother Janice Kofoed-Middlestadt; his stepmother Darlyn Kofoed; his siblings, Diane Kofoed (James Good) and James Kofoed (Ragan); and his nephews, Benjamin, Charles and Samuel. He is also survived by 4 step siblings.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Emmanual Lutheran Church (1506 Main St NW, Elk River, MN 55330). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
