She was predeceased by : her parents, Emily Granlund (Sandberg) and Bernard Granlund; her spouse Dixon Schmidt; and her siblings, Katherine Elsenpeter and John Granlund.
She is survived by : her children, Joyce Dehmer (Steve), Bruce W. Schmidt, Jean Marie Boughten and Bernard Schmidt (Kimberley); her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Peyton, Stella, Evelyn, Abigail and Erin; her sisters, Evelyn Sawatzke and Mary Cram; and her grandchildren, Bridget, Luke, Dixon, Grant, Sarah, Becky, Taylor, Brooke and Hunter. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
