He is survived by: his siblings, John Blake, Margaret Brown and Carol Miller; his children, James Blake, Terry Blake and Sheri Strehlow; and his stepsons, Travis Snyder, Matthew Crawford and Chris Crawford. He is also survived by step grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
