He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughters, Mary Kay Booth (Tom) and Annette Sue Carlson (John); his grandchildren, Timagin, David (Heidi), Victoria (Jake), Brandon (Keisha) and Carly Jordan; and his sister Nancy Averill. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
