With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Ruff Vincent of Burnsville, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy M. Ruff and Vincent J. Ruff; her husband Matthew Joseph Vincent; and her daughter Susan Kathleen Walters. She is survived by: her children, David Matthew Vincent (Mazmuriani Vincent), Josiah Matthew Vincent, Netanya Dorothy Vincent, Daniel Joesph Vincent (Lynn Margarette Vincent), Emily Lynn Vincent, Alexander Joseph Vincent, Lawrence Thomas Vincent, Kelsey Ann Kenney and Kiya Kathleen Kenney; her son-in-law GregoryThomas Waters; and her daughter Kathryn Ann Lucey.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
No flowers are requested. Memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse as she loved Operation Christmas Child and its ministry.
