He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, David Phillips (Kim) and Michelle Student (Kurt); his grandchildren, Matthew Phillips (Meghanlee), Lauren Phillips, Kayla Student, Danielle Phillips and Megan Student; his great grandchildren, Mariella and Magdalene Phillips; his brothers, Gary (Katie), Keith and Blair Phillips (JoAnne); and his siblings' children, Kathy Phillips, Laurie Kedrowski (John), Ann Sobotka (Tim) and Jim Phillips (Kelly).
