She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Giles and Henry Giles; her husband John VanDiver; her children, Jon Jr. (Jackie) and Jackie; and her son-in-law Tim Skusa.
She is survived by: her children, Julie, Don Schoenborn, Jane Skusa, Jeff and Jill VanDiver; her grandchildren, Jackie, PJ (Amy), Joe Skusa (Abby), Josie VanDiver, Matt (Elise) and Mikey Kalal; her great grandchild Noah Skusa; and her stepgrandchildren, Nicki Lauer (Chris) and Ryan Schoenborn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (4625 W 125th St, Savage, MN 55378). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
