He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Benson and Lucille Benson; and his siblings, Gerald Benson, Richard Benson (Marion) and Arlene Kuss.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Benson; his son Dan Benson (Katherine); his grandson Pierce Benson; his nephew Nathan Farley; and his sister-in-law Delores. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Stonebridge Church.
