He is survived by: his children, Sean LeVake (Jennifer) and Megan Mannie (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jonah, Micaiah, Isaac and Hannah; and his brothers, Warren LeVake, Gene LeVake (Sandra) and Carl LeVake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
