He is survived by: his wife Tammy Otis of Pine City, Minnesota; his children, Mindy Otis of Hopkins, Minnesota, John Otis (Ashley) of Rosemount, Minnesota, James Otis (Jenae) of Rush City, Minnesota and Josh Otis of Pine City, Minnesota.; his grandsons, AJ, Benji Otis of Rush City and Wesley Otis of Rosemount, Minnesota; and his sister Annette Larsen (Paul) of Brainerd, Minnesota. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (10634 Fairway Rd, Pine City, MN 55063).
