It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Allan Phenix (Burnsville, Minnesota), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fladger Phenix and Lola Phenix; his brothers, Garlon and Milton McShan; his son-in-law David Fowler; and his niece Sherrie Landry.
He is survived by: his wife Lynnette; his children, Kelley Fowler, Melissa Thill (Arvid), Robert Fladger Phenix (Amanda) and Bailee Kaehler (Cliff); and his sister Joyce Blackmon (Rick). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice or the Animal Humane Society of MN.
