He is survived by : his father Robert; his wife Mary Rae; his children, Jason (Jose), Bobbie Jo Ofstad and Jessica Rae; his grandchildren, Tyler Ofstad, Lillian Ofstad and Rosa Rae Mooney; and his brothers, Terry (Sandy) and Jerry (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
