It is with sadness that the passing of Ronald Dean Penner of Burnsville, Minnesota is shared. Ronald, born on March 7, 1943, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Ron and Josephine "Jo" Penner Ron; and his siblings, James Penner and Janet Penner. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hunt; his children, Gregory Penner (Mary), Kristin Villella (Brett) and Kevin Penner (Eileen); his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Nicole, Maria (Troy Pleski) and Sophia; and his sister Irene Van Norman (Willis).
A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White Funeral Home- Burnville (12804 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337).
