We announce the death of Sherrie M. Camire of Burnsville, Minnesota, who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 70. Sherrie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Sherrie will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Sherrie’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wes Schoonmaker and Betty Bennett; and her stepfather David Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Joey Camire; her son John Batchelder; and her siblings, Joanne Vanina, Arthur Schoonmaker, William Schoonmaker and Michael Wilson. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rowe Funeral Home (510 NW 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744).
