He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry M. Harder (Butterfield) and Aganetha Harder; and his siblings, Sylvia Chaika and Henry Allen. He is survived by: his wife Marlene White of Mankato; his son Benjamin Harder; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Gurnett; his son Timothy Harder; his daughter-in-law Pauline Harder (Butterfield); his grandsons, Timothy Jake (Butterfield) and Zachary (Minneapolis); his stepson Andrew Gosen (Heather); his stepgrandchildren, Nyla (Shakopee) and Jordan; his stepdaughter Julia McCandless (David); his stepgranddaughters, Olivia, Emily and Charlotte; his sisters, Edna Andres and Marjorie Baerg (Mankato); and his former wife LeEsther DeFehr (Mountain Lake) of Corn, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces.
Memorials will be donated to MCC and Butterfield Threshing Bee.
