She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Houser and Gladys Houser (Krambeal); her significant other Steve; her siblings-in-law, Ervin and Florence; her brother Denny Houser; and her brother-in-law Tom Cardinal (Conrad Hausladen).

She is survived by: her sons, Tom Cardinal (Amy Petersen) of Byron, MN, Tim Cardinal (Merilee) of Forest Lake, MN and Gerad Cardinal (Melissa) of Lamberton, MN.; her siblings, Susie Hausladen, Linda Schwerin (Dale) and Dean Houser; her siblings-in-law, Colleen Donovan (Greg), Nancy Hamlink (Barrett), Carol Houser, Jeff Cardinal (Debbie) and Jerry Cardinal; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Derrick, Jaxon, Jordan Cardinal, Molly Voss (Max), Mitchell, Matthew and Maxwell Petersen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
