She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bledsaw and Ruby Bledsaw (Poe); and her godson Bradley Gaustad. She is survived by: her husband Bill Lewis; her stepdaughter Kelly Fulgham (TC) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Destiny and Jeremy of Arizona. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
