She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Joseph O'Brien and Martha O'Brien (Larson); her husband Burton Ernest Peterson (Pete); her daughter Pamela Marker; her siblings, Ivan O'Brien, Lester O'Brien (Amy), Lawrence O'Brien (Doris), Francis O'Brien (Eileen), Marjorie Allen (John) and Mavis Wright (Lyle); and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Behsman (Harold), Dorothy Hilliard (Bob), Marlyce O'Brien (Bernard) and Richard Peterson (Glenna).
She is survived by: her children, Pam and Don Peterson (Cheryl) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Tom Goeschel (Amy) of Lincoln, Tyler Goeschel (Frances) of Lincoln, Marcus Goeschel (Brandy) of Lincoln and Autumn Leah Byron (Noureddine) of Hornbrook, California.; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Garrison Goeschel, Hania, Walid, Khadija Mhamdi and Elijah Whitaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be directed to the Fairview Care Center or to a charity of choice.
