She is survived by: her parents, Steven Keppy and Sharon Keppy (Anderson); her husband Bill McHugh; her brother Dan Keppy of Cross Plains, WI; her nephews, Owen and Joseph Keppy; and her stepsons, Nick McHugh (Amy), Brandon McHugh (Megan) and Adam McHugh (Michelle).
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Byron Funeral Home (1620 Voll Dr NW, Byron, MN 55920). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Hill Cemetery Chapel (1530 E 39th St, Davenport, IA 52807). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In honor of Jessica's generous and caring spirit, memorials may be directed to Season's Hospice in Rochester, MN, or to the Minnesota Colorectal Cancer Research Foundation.
