He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Connelly and Myrle Connelly (Campion); his brothers, Joe Connelly, Paul and Bob Connelly; and his sister-in-law Marge Connelly.

He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his children, Kevin Connelly (Kathy), Kelly Bale (Mike), Karla Connelly (Chad Kanz) and Kurt Connelly (Beth); his grandson Craig Connelly; his siblings, Jerry Connelly, Bill Connelly (Dorothy), Mary Ann Schaefer (Terry), Sharon Utley (Brian) and Jim Connelly (Marilyn); his sisters-in-law, Karen Connelly and Nancy Connelly; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Meghan Connelly, Jordan, Karley Bale, Gavin, Isabelle Connelly, Brenna and Christian Connelly.
