He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Engelhardt, James Schimek (Jim), Nancy Connelly, Connie Pyfferoen, Sharon Behnken, Patricia Aldis (Pat), Darlene Hanson, Katherine Behnken (Kathy), Theresa Behnken, Michael Schimek, Ann Schimek and Helen Larson. He is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews and 33 great nieces and nephews.
