He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Pepper and Lorna Pepper (Sievert). He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Duncan; his daughter Tessa; his son-in-law Jim Olive; his grandchildren, Dylan and Rylie Olive of Byron; his sister Louise Bovis (Tom) of Janesville, WI; his parents-in-law, Don and Bernadine Duncan of Stewartville; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Duncan of Wabasha, Tracy Regenscheid (Dan) of Lake City, Lisa Stock (Mike) of Chatfield and Dwight Duncan (Leslie) of Racine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
