The memory of Larry PAUL Thompson of Caledonia, Minnesota, who passed away on May 2, 2026 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Thompson and Beatrice Thompson (Sweet); and his siblings, Earl, Keith, Alan and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Bob, Trent and Jen; and his grandchildren, Anna, Sam, Abe, Clara, Finn and Eli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, old friends in Caledonia, and new friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at 825 S Mount Curve Blvd, St Paul, MN 55116. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's Holy Family Hall (513 S Pine St, Caledonia, MN 55921). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (513 S Pine St, Caledonia, MN 55921).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Caledonia District 299 Education Fund.
