He was predeceased by: his father Charles; and his brother Dave. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his mother Joanne; and his siblings, Mike, Kathy, Pat and Charlie.

Steve asked that if memorials were donated they could be donated to Trout Unlimited, the American Cancer Society, or any other organization of your choice.
