It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burneita Anderson of Cambridge, Minnesota, born in Madison, Minnesota, who passed away on April 13, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Stanley L. Anderson; her parents, Thuel L. Mason and Agnes M. Mason; and her siblings, Arla Sorenson, Marlys Beckers, Lorraine Sorenson, Audrey Reuss and Lee Mason.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Lehr (Jeff), Jeff Sorenson (Jennifer), Tari Zortman (Rock), Michael Roberts (Jeanette), Mark, Curt Roberts and Kristi Thompson (Barry); her grandchildren, Whitney Dissing (Jason), Taylor Braatz (Derick), Clayton Sorenson (Amanda), Mason Sorenson (Melissa), Grace Zortman, Colton Smith (Chelsea), Marina Roberts (Fiancee), Christopher, Kira Sadler, Aaron and Devin Porterfield; her sisters, Janet Weir (Thomas) and Shirley Hermeling (Bill); and her pet Benson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cross Pointe Church (34047 Blackfoot St NW, Cambridge, MN 55008).
