He was predeceased by: his mother Carol M. Cullen. He is survived by: his father David J. Cullen; his daughter Ellie Marie Cullen; his girlfriend Allyssa Mattson; his sisters, Kelly Darragh (Robert) and Michele Baumann (Corey); and his siblings' children, Robby Darragh, Adam Darragh, Breanna Zajicheck (Alex), Michaela Peterson (Nick), Noah Baumann (Ashley), Alexa Baumann and Jonah Baumann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Isanti Baptist Church (2248 313th Ave NE, Cambridge, MN 55008). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
