He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy (Michael Zimmerman) of Lititz, PA. and Natalie (Scott Champayne) of Bradenton; his former wife Phyllis Ann Benjamin of Bradenton, Florida; his siblings, Dan (Cynthia) of Redding, CA, Curtis (Jeanette) of Isanti, MN and Melanie (Daniel) of North Branch, MN; his grandchildren, Marina, Megan, Michael, Logan and Peyton; and his great grandchildren, Melody and Amelia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
