He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Palmquist and Lily Palmquist (Thompson); and his brother Dwight Palmquist. He is survived by: his wife Janet Olson of Cambridge; his children, Diane Palmquist of Brooklyn, NY and Andy Palmquist (Becky) of Apple Valley; his grandchildren, Dolph Dahlgren (Emily) of Delano and Natasha Root of St. Louis Park; and his brother David Palmquist (Sheryl) of Orlando, FL..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home (311 Ashland St S, Cambridge, MN 55008).
