He is survived by : his wife Ramona Yolanda Pieper; his children, Lynn Stoltz and David Nastrom; his grandsons, Richard Stoltz and Henry Johnson; and his son Robert.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1633 Main St S, Cambridge, MN 55008).
