He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Devine and Elizabeth Devine (Betty); and his siblings, Brian and Bridget. He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick (Patricia), Kathleen Carlson (John), Terence (Mary Hoch), Daniel, Eileen (Matt Quast), Maureen Dewey (David), Colleen, Sheila and Margaret; and his sister-in-law Juliann Benson. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews, 4 great-great nephews and niece; and many, many cousins and friends.
