She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hermanson and Mabel Hermanson (Johnson); and her husband Donald Persen. She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Reichel (Wilbur); her children, Cheryl Morin (Joe) of Cambridge, Steven Persen (Sherri) of Dayton, OH and Susan Olson (Trent) of Breezy Point, MN.; her grandchildren, Jill Kast (Jon), Daniel Morin (Rachel), Caitlin Pierson, Michael Persen, Chelsea Olson (Patrick Fleming), Elyssa Olson (Jonathan Hiles) and Brittany Olson; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Kendall, Silas Pierson, Sophia, Beckett Morin and Elena Hiles. She is also survived by her family, including her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (304 Main St N, Cambridge, MN 55008). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
