He is survived by: his former wife Judith Johnson; his wife Mary Kay Recher Hall; his children, Deadra Moffit (Jeff), Barry Thomas (Michelle), Brett Thomas, Angie Lind and Heidi VanderMey (Donald); his stepchildren, Troy Hall (Jackie), Chris Hall (Michelle) and Cara Tanis (Mark Barrett); his grandchildren, Jennings Thomas (Libby Genadek), Alison, Mike Fitzgerald, Jack Moffit, Julia Moffit, Samuel Thomas (Tabitha), Paige Thomas, Joseph Lind, Annie Lind, Harrison VanderMey, Blaire VanderMey, Carlie Hall (Heber Alcaron), Cassandra Hall (Mickey Ahmed), Christina Hall (Louie Tinoco), Christopher Hall (Eli Clements) and Gracia Tanis; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Ramsberg, Ryan Thomas, Luke Thomas, Adah Thomas and Seferino Tinoco.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Kidney Foundation or Triniti Hospice.
