She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Harms and Inez Harms (Benson); her son Steven Vavra; her grandson Stephen Vavra; and her siblings, Thelma Hoeldtke, Sonja Myers, Gaylen Harms, Mary Grace, Jim Harms and Paul Harms.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Vavra (Karen), Roger Vavra (Kelly), Sandra Abraham (Jason) and Russ Vavra (Amy); her stepchildren, Erica Severin (Blake), Alan Burton (Susan) and Karen Burton; and her siblings, Sam Jr. Harms (Judy), Tom Harms (Becky), Georgia McDougal, Judy Burns (Jim), Sue Harms, Sally Chapman (Dave) and Lois Durfey (John). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
