He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris John Gorder and Bertha Caroline Gorder (Ufkin); his sister Loraine Reynolds; his brothers-in-law, Bud Reynolds and Ron Goettsch; his parents-in-law, Otto and Emma Wiegers; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Werner, Muriel Wiegers and Leon Werner.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Jon Gorder (Carol), Mary Thrasher (Earl), Mark Gorder (Nancy) and Tom Gorder (Amy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Reiss (Tony), Dot and Josephine; his children, Cassie Branham (Wyatt), Mesa, Hazer, Tony Gorder (Elizabeth), Florence, Katie Lohmann (Jay), Aker, Zach Gorder (Moriah), Braxton, Beckham, Taylor Brusven (Cole), Rory, Jace, Bryce Gorder (Kendra Eichten) and Mya Steffen (Josh); and his sister Joan Goettsch. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
