She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sand and Frances Sand (Huschle); her husband Maurice E. Ethen of Mary's Cathedral; her children, Maurice D., John, Terrence, Joan Hines and LuAnne Aamodt; her granddaughter Jessica Jenson; and her siblings, Genevieve Sand, Lucy Thueringer, Delroy Sand, Cletus Sand, Allan Sand, Collette Ruprecht and Mary Jane Krippner.

She is survived by: her children, Jean Jenson (Jack), Chrisann Jones (Patrick), Daniel (Charlene) and Peter (Carolyn); and her siblings, Myron Sand (Jeanette) and Roseanne Bjorklund. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Eva's memory to the charity of choice.
