He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Norstad and Edna Norstad (Paul); his siblings, Orlando Jr., Bob, Gary Norstad and RoseAnn Lindsey; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Norstad and Linda Norstad; and his niece Samantha Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lundell of Ansgar's Lutheran Church; his children, Nicole Norstad and Matthew Norstad (Jenny) of Nerstrand; his stepgrandchildren, Kai, Taylar Lace and Lindsay Reid (Jason) of Cannon Falls; his siblings, Jim of Rushford, Steve of Cannon Falls, Kristi Fuller of Portland, OR and Deb (Gregg Ramstrom) of Cannon Falls; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Norstad of Waite Park, Martha Norstad of Cannon Falls and Mary Norstad of Cannon Falls; Daniel Reid. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Jarle's name to Bomber Boosters, Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org), or St. Ansgar's Lutheran Church.
