She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Pope and Ruth Pope (Bowen); and her half-siblings, Winslow, Arthur, Frank and Pam.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Faulkner; her children, Reid Faulkner (Rochelle) of Chandler, Arizona, Alison Godfrey (David) of Cannon Falls and Cass Faulkner of Eagan, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Logan Godfrey (Julia) of Cannon Falls, Tegan Godfrey (Julie) of Shakopee, Corbin Falla (Stefano) of Cannon Falls and Hannah Thompson (William) of Gilbert, Arizona; her great grandchildren, Lyla, Lennon and Ronan Falla; and her grandchildren, Taryn, Brooks, Hayden, Thora and Harald Godfrey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
In 2021, as Phyllis's Alzheimer's progressed, they moved to Cannon River Senior Living in Cannon Falls to be closer to family.
