She was predeceased by: her parents, Obert Halvorson and Delia Halvorson (Erickson); her daughter Renee; and her husband Glenn Peterson. She is survived by: her children, Linda Dolan (Paul) of Apple Valley, MN and John Peterson (Jody Seiler) of Apple Valley, MN; her grandchildren, Joe, Carolyn, Nick, Lauren, Olen and Bennett; her brother Paul Halvorson (Cheryl) of Rushford, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Lyle Peterson and Janice Unnasch (Peterson). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions will be used to create a permanent memorial in Olive's name, with remaining funds to be donated to MN Hospice.
