He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sanchez and Margaret Sanchez; his sisters, Janet Brandes and Cyndy Strangberg; and his brother-in-law John Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Sanchez; his sons, Matthew Sanchez (Melinda) and David Sanchez (Noriyo); his grandsons, Alexander Sanchez and Aiden Sanchez; and his sisters, Cathy Braun (Pat), Connie Clark, Michelle Ernst (Tom), Karen Landreman (John) and Mary Niemiec (Darrin). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
