He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Sladek of Cedar Mills, MN; his children, Glen Sladek (Roxanne), Corrine McCloud (Tim) of Cedar Mills, MN and Linda Vanderwerf (Scott) of Shakopee, MN.; his grandchildren, Mariah Cleppe (Alex) of Marshall, MN, Gavin McCloud of Hutchinson, MN and Eli Sladek (Kaylee Hansch) of Hutchinson, MN; his great grandchildren, Connor John and Kaison Lane Cleppe; and his siblings, Rose Marie, Jack, Jim, Barb and Nancy.
