Gerrold was predeceased by : son Jeffrey; parents, Willard and Francis; and brothers, Ronald and Doug.

Gerrold is survived by : wife Carole; daughters, Jen Galvin (Tim) and Betsy Landry (Jeff Walstrom); grandchildren, Bekka and Ethan; and great grandchildren, Lizzie and Freya. Gerrold is also survived by nieces and nephews.
