He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kok and Nellie Kok (Wells). He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Wrabek; his children, Kelly Hanson (Bart), Chris Kok and Paul Kok (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Jon, Kaitlyn, Zach, Zoey, Brayden, Blake and Addison.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Wounded Warrior Project, or the Audubon Society.
