It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Herman Otto Jr. of Champlin, Minnesota, who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; his parents, William Otto and Margaret Otto; and his sisters, Marcy Helsper (Jim), Betty Laney and Margie Reimer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Walczak (Frank), Julie Pardus, Cindy Mayne (Dirk), Joann Gellerman (Pete) and Mary Braun (Tim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (9100 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to Children's Cancer Research Fund or American Heart Association.
