He is survived by: his children, Kevin Van Dam (Kim) of Sioux Falls, SD, Gary Van Dam of Lake Wilson, Dennis Van Dam (Karen) of Blue Ash, OH and Debra Belaen (Dar Schuld) of Minneota, MN; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Lillian, Eve, Kevin Matthew Van Dam, Trevor and Thomas Belaen; his siblings, Marvin Van Dam of Chandler, Albert Van Dam (Sandy) of Slayton, Kathy Rylaarsdam (Verlin) of Chandler and Della Klassen (Aldon) of Sioux Falls; and his siblings-in-law, Marcella Groen (John) of Chandler, Connie Hacker of Fargo, ND, Gertrude Van Den Top of Hull, IA, Wilma Van Bemmel of Doon, IA and Marion Van Bemmel (Carol) of Luverne, MN..
