He is survived by: his wife Velva Jean Bothof; his sons, Roger Van Dam (Mary) of Redwood Falls, MN and Ivan Van Dam (Lisa) of Ocala, FL; his son-in-law Ryan Remmers of Ocoee, FL; and his daughter Judy Versteeg (Kevin) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 ½ great-grandchildren.
