In loving memory of James Oren Borchart of Chanhassen, Minnesota, who departed this world on July 27, 2025 at the age of 88. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Borchart and Achsah "Betty" Borchart (Johnson); his siblings, Charlie Borchart, John Borchart, June Rentschler and Diane Snyker; and his in-laws, Fred and Frances Allenburg.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Allenburg; his children, James (Julie Borchart), Kevin (Margaret Borchart), Greg Borchart and Michelle Borchart (Taylor Pettis); his grandchildren, Spencer "Sierra", Michael Borchart, William Borchart, Camdem and Beckham Pettis; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Snyker and Mary Allenburg.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at 8201 Main St, Chanhassen, MN 55317. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
