We announce the death of Jeanne Kraker of Chanhassen, Minnesota, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 76. Jeanne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Schlagenhaft and Lorraine Schlagenhaft; and her siblings, Jon (Curt) and Mary (Dale). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her sons, Tom (Karin), Dan (Erin) and Jamie (Rachel); her grandchildren, Mia, Lydia, Finola, Zinnia, Raina, Gus, Gavin and Iggy; and her siblings, Susie (Phil) and Mark (Diane). She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, and good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Hubert Catholic Community (8201 Main St, Chanhassen, MN 55317). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
