We are sad to announce that, on April 11, 2026, at the age of 88, Shirley Ann Kappler of Chanhassen, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Glenn Kappler; her parents, Edward Scholl and Ruth Scholl (Lang); and her sisters, Joyce Malone and Christine Goodwill.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Johnson (Solano), William Johnson (Bill) and Thomas Johnson; and her grandsons, Erick Solano Johnson, Samuel Johnson and Bennett Johnson.
